Movements Assessed

  • Center of mass—a centerline proxy between your upper body and your stance, with an adjustable height offset
  • Hip path—the travel of your hip midpoint across the whole set, drawn as a trail
  • Hip shift—lateral hip movement away from the center of your stance
  • Hip symmetry—the left-to-right height difference at the hips
  • Knees over toes—forward knee travel past the foot, or horizontal travel in a side view
  • Inward knee movement—knees collapsing toward the midline during a squat
  • Knee visualization—the heel, knee, and hip relationship drawn so knee travel is easy to read
  • Knee symmetry—the left-to-right height difference at the knees
  • Stance width—foot spacing measured against your own shoulder width, flagged when too wide or too narrow
  • Foot angle—the toe-out angle of each foot and the difference between them
  • Shoulder symmetry—the left-to-right height difference at the shoulders
  • Back angle—side-view torso angle, with low-bar and high-bar reference targets
  • Head and neck—chin tuck, ear-over-shoulder alignment, and cervical angle
  • Joint angles—elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle angles on both sides
  • Squat depth—standing, quarter, half, parallel, below parallel, or ATG
  • Rep count and phase—reps from the landmark you track, split into concentric and eccentric
  • Velocity and power—landmark speed and power in watts from your height, weight, and load
  • View orientation—whether you are facing front, rear, or side, which decides the checks that apply
  • Global motion—separates camera movement from your movement so world-space measurements stay honest
