Review Workouts with Charts

Read movement, repetition, velocity, power, and assessment charts from a recorded workout.

Last updated · App version beta

The chart screen turns a recorded workout into interactive graphs of every metric the app tracked—bar path, velocity, joint angles, depth, symmetry, and more—so you can spot trends and export a clean report.

Steps

1. Open a recorded workout

From your recorded workouts, open one in the chart view.

2. Choose which metrics to plot

Use Chart Controls to enable or disable metrics. Disabled metrics are kept off the chart so you can focus on what matters.

3. Customize colors

Use Customize Chart Colors to set accessible, high-contrast colors for each series.

4. Generate an AI summary (optional)

Generate a workout summary for a plain-language read on the session. This uses your OpenAI key—see the Set Up AI Feedback guide.

5. Export and share

Export the chart as a PDF or share it to keep a record or send it to a coach.

Tips

  • Chart colors are independent from your overlay colors, so you can tune each for readability.
  • Pair charts with CSV export when you want the full per-rep numbers.
