Customize the Analysis Overlay

Choose video overlays, movement metrics, joint checks, rep counting, and assessment tolerances.

The analysis settings sheet controls everything you see on the video—which overlays draw, which metrics show, how reps are counted, and how strict each joint check is. Tune it once for your lift and the app remembers it.

Steps

1. Open the analysis settings

Open the analysis and graphics sheet while reviewing a video.

2. Set general and overlay graphics

Use General Settings and Overlay & Graphics to choose which visuals draw—skeleton, equipment boxes, movement paths, angle arcs, and live metrics.

3. Tune per-joint checks

Dedicated sections for Head & Neck, Shoulder & Back, Core & Hips, Knees, and Feet & Ankles let you enable each check and adjust its tolerance.

4. Configure rep counting and joint angles

Rep Counting controls how reps are detected and counted; Joint Angles chooses which angles are measured and displayed.

5. Set weights and assessments

Weight Settings feeds power and velocity calculations, and Focused Assessments turns on the lift-specific analyzers.

Tips

  • Looser tolerances flag fewer issues; stricter tolerances catch more but can be noisier.
  • Turn off overlays you do not need to keep the view clean and reduce on-screen clutter.
